01 · Pace
The rhythm: at peak, around seven projects shared the same week. A banking flow in the morning, a dating app after lunch, luxury video in the evening, and a pitch deck due Friday. Agency work at that density leaves no room for preciousness: every hour has to land somewhere visible, and every decision has to be made with the information available rather than the information wanted.
What it builds: speed, but not the sloppy kind. Switching contexts 1 to 3 times a day forces a designer to develop reusable judgement like how to find the one thing a screen must do or how to borrow proven patterns instead of reinventing them, and how to tell the difference between polish that ships value and polish that ships ego. Every fast delivery since traces back to this room.

02 · Work
Urban treasure hunts through Paris: pick a route, decode puzzles at each landmark, race the clock. Timed steps, escalating hints, and a tone that kept families and tourists moving rather than reading.
A safety companion for employees travelling to high-risk countries: security and health risk scores per destination, live alerts, risk maps, and a safety passport to sign before departure.
Identity document capture for banking onboarding: photograph, categorise, and validate ID pieces in-flow, with duplicate detection and carefully worded permission screens doing the trust work.
A marketplace for second-hand and vintage furniture. Sellers got a proper storefront and a sales dashboard, revenue, satisfaction, cancelled orders, not just a listings feed.

Virtual reality experiences prototyped and tested in-studio on Oculus, back when VR briefs arrived with no playbook at all.
A quiz and survey platform for France's national railway: employees answered questions about their company, tracked their score, and traded points in a rewards shop, internal comms disguised as a game.
Two ends of the beauty industry: a dark, cinematic video app for Dior's campaigns and runway shows, and a bright photo-sharing app for L'Oréal's worldwide volunteering day, with branded frames and country galleries.
Tennis matchmaking: find partners at your level, by ranking, hand, and availability, anchored to the clubs where people actually play.
03 · Craft
Systems under the surface: the dietary icons below were drawn for one food client and shipped in two more apps afterwards, roughly when the systems habit stopped being a preference and became doctrine. Shipping this many products only works if the pieces are systematic: icon families drawn as one set rather than nine one-offs, input components specified once with their states and edge cases, spacing rules that survive being handed to whichever developer was free that week. The glamour is in the app store shots; the velocity was in files like these.
Outcomes
The exit: Geronimo's run ended the way good agency stories do, acquired by Onepoint, one of France's major consulting groups. The work above is the part of those years that can be shown; the rest lives on under someone else's letterhead.
The residue: two and a half years of parallel briefs trained the reflexes that still define the work today, read a domain fast, find the pattern that fits, ship, and move on, without letting the craft drop below the line where it shows. Pace is a skill, and this is where it was learned.
